Miekley & Co was created from a love of design, creativity, and our furry and feathered friends. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Your delivery timeline includes two steps:
- Production Time: 2–5 business days to print, inspect, and package your items.
- Shipping Transit: 3–7 business days depending on your delivery location.
What if my item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective?
We stand fully behind our quality! If your item arrives with physical damage or a print error, email support@miekleyandco.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund right away—no need to ship defective items back.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to various international destinations. Please note that customs duties, import fees, or regional taxes are not included in shipping costs at checkout and remain the responsibility of the recipient.
How do I choose the right size?
Detailed size measurement charts are located directly on every product page! We recommend measuring a favorite, well-fitting garment flat on a surface and comparing those measurements to our charts for the perfect fit
